  • Receiving, storage, pick and pack, shipping, kitting, and returns, all run by one team. Nothing is handed off between separate vendors or departments.

  • Inbound shipments are checked against your count and inspected for damage before anything reaches the shelf, regardless of whether it arrives as small parcel, LTL/TL, or full container. Same-day receiving is available when you need it.

  • You pay for the space your product actually occupies, not for empty shelving. Storage is split between bins and pallets depending on what fits your inventory best.

  • Orders placed by 2pm PT can ship the same day. Turnaround is worked out based on what actually fits your customers, rather than defaulting to the fastest (and most expensive) option.

  • Rates are automatically shopped across 130+ carriers so each order ships at the lowest cost that still meets your customer's delivery expectations. Orders ship from the Redlands facility unless inventory is placed at another network location for faster regional delivery.

  • Yes. Kitting, FBA prep, and supplier issue fixes are handled by a dedicated team at a fixed price, agreed upfront.

  • Customers start their return through a portal branded to your business, then track it in real time as it's received, inspected, and returned to stock.

  • Everything runs through one dashboard, covering receiving, storage, orders, and returns, so you always know where things stand without calling around or checking multiple systems.

  • Cross-docking moves incoming freight straight to an outbound trailer within 24 to 48 hours, using single-file staging lanes with minimal handling for lower carrying costs and faster transit.

  • We support eCommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, and similar), marketplaces (Amazon, Wayfair, and similar), dropship programs (Target.com, Rithum, QVC, and similar), B2B wholesale with purchase orders, B2B retail with EDI, routing guides, and ASNs, and custom connections built for a specific setup.t

  • Most 3PLs offer modern software, real people, or flexibility. Rarely all three at once. Iron Dock runs everything on one unified platform, gives every account a dedicated Slack channel answered by the team that actually knows the product, and configures the operation around each business rather than forcing a standard setup.

  • Your specific requirements set the configuration, and the operation is built to match, rather than fitting your business into a fixed process.
